We believe in the awesome power of learning. As workplace educators we strive to create training rooted in clear needs, through experiences pursued in communities of practice recognizing that often.
We believe that today’s workforce requires learning that translates knowledge into effectiveness; learning that requires the adaptability to unlearn. To obtain this kind of learning, it is necessary to design training workshops that are dynamic, relevant, and increasingly collaborative. In pursuit of this awesome task we have used our instructional design skills, our facilitation abilities and tap into the power of technology to ensure reach and quality of services.
When the trainer in the class is a host of the learning space, a co-creator of learning and a resource person and not a lecturer, the learners start owning the learning by integrating new knowledge into their existing work practice to create new meanings and new connections. That learning has value for organizations because it has the qualities of immediate returns and evident usefulness.We see our job in a training workshop as making sure that this kind of value is delivered to our trainees and to our stakeholders.
