We define the content of your planned intervention with the help of subject matter experts and/or the best of the reference literature on the subject. We select the most effective learning experiences and tasks to meet your learning needs. Often our final delivery to customer is often made up of a combination of the following:
- A Resource Manual with all the content the class will teach
- A workbook with all the exercises that will be executed in class
- Job Aids and other materials to ensure the content is presented in a variety of ways
During the custom design process we mix our experience and creativity to help you reach your objectives. Some examples include:
- the draft of a mini-case to address the learning dilemma you are trying to work on
- the development of a simulation activity for a team where they practice a skill in a real-life scenario
- the creation of a job-aid/resource material to address a challenge you are facing
