Action Learning Coaching
Action Learning develops leaders, builds teams and expands corporate capabilities. This method relies on participants taking action to solve real problems in real time. A typical ParticipAction Coaching session begins with a team of participants working to solve a problem on a project, challenge or issue. The problem is real and, quite often, urgent; therefore the responsibility of finding a solution in a timely manner is up to the team. Our experienced coaches encourage the participants to share their implicit knowledge of the situation as well as to be open to the suggestions of other team members. This sharing creates an environment rich with innovation viewpoints and acts as a starting point on the road to a solution.
Through the guidance of a ParticipAction coach, the team will begin a process of asking questions to determine the exact nature of the problem, identify possible solutions and move toward possible strategies to solve the issues. The coaching process builds confidence in the participants that they have the power to make changes necessary to implement these decided upon actions and solutions.
The power of Action Learning lives on long after the coaching session has ended, as the learning gained in the session is applied throughout the organization providing ongoing, quality problem solving. See more about Action Learning in our resource area.
