Adriano Pianesi
As Principal of ParticipAction Consulting, Inc., Adriano Pianesi brings 15 years of his rich experience in the nonprofit, government and private sector to his work in training adults, course development, facilitation and e-learning. He is an innovator and practitioner in dialogue education and conversational learning. Adriano’s strengths lie in his ability to diagnose clients’ underlying organizational issues to develop and implement strategies that support organizational change and meet client business goals. He has built a reputation for developing concepts, processes and systems for learning and lasting change.
John Gorman
is the owner of Benchmark Training, a local DC company experienced in sourcing expert trainers, facilitators, executive coaches, and conference speakers for corporate and federal government organizations. John is a Board Advisor of Accounting Comes Alive and a trusted advisor of our company.

Kathleen Mercker
is a Master Certified Coach and the SECA-International director and founder. She has 26 Years of International Leadership experience with the US Government - 15 years as an executive coach, corporate & executive coach trainer, and Director of corporate coaching culture projects –in Atlanta, GA & Washington DC. We partner with SECA-International and Kathleen’s team in a variety of projects.
Ingrid Bens
is a consultant and trainer with a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and over 25 years experience. She has also been designed by the IAF to be a Certified Professional Facilitator. Ingrid Bens is recognized as a leading expert on facilitation skills. Her Jossey-Bass publication “Facilitating With Ease!” is a world wide best seller.
Alice Waagen, PhD
is president of Workforce Learning, Inc., and a partner to ParticipAction Consulting in providing managers and C-level executives with the skills and knowledge they need to build a more productive work environment. Prior to founding Workforce Learning, Alice served as Senior Director of Corporate Training for Amtrak in Washington DC and Director Education, Training & Development for Freddie Mac in McLean VA. In both of those positions, Alice created and implemented workplace development programs that served her internal clients from the shop floor to the executive suite.
Vicky Schubert
CPCC, ACC, helps leaders and teams operate from a systems perspective to amplify their effectiveness and impact. Before establishing her coaching practice, Vicky was a senior manager with Pegasus Communications, the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL), and Options for Change. She is trained in the Leadership Agility 360 and the Fasteams performance system. Certified by CTI and ICF, she holds a BA from George Washington University and an MS in management from Lesley University.
Joe Ganci
has been involved in every aspect of learning development since 1983. He continues to write books, research papers and many articles about eLearning tools. He is widely considered a guru for his expertise in eLearning development and teaches classes and seminars everywhere in the world. Joe is passionate about improving the quality of eLearning with practical approaches that work.
